How Often? How often you wash your hair varies from person to person.
Some people need or want to wash their hair daily, other may only wash

Mineral Shampoo

Suitable for a hair types and particularly beneficial for those with a dry, flaky scalp.


What do I do? Apply Mineral Shampoo to wet hair whilst in the bath or shower, massaging into the scalp for 1-2 minutes creating a thick foam. Rinse hair with clean warm water. Ensure all traces of shampoo are removed.

Step 3

Condition Scalp

Why? Many people suffer with a dry, itchy, flaky scalp, which can be embarrassing for sufferers. However help is at hand with a variety of products
on the market specifically designed to help combat this condition leaving you
with no worries!
How Often? How often varies from person to person. In most cases it is recommended you use a conditioning scalp treatment once or twice a week. However in extreme cases of dryness i.e. for those with eczema or psoriasis in their scalp the treatment should be carried out more frequently.

Conditioning Scalp Mud

Great for all heads and great for especially dry, flaky scalps.


What do I do? Whilst in the bath or shower apply Conditioning Scalp Mud after shampooing. Massage into scalp and leave for several minutes to allow mineral hydration of hair and scalp. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Avoid contact with the eyes.

Step 4

Condition Hair

Why? Conditioners promote glossy locks to even the all hair types include those which are dry and brittle. Shiny hair means healthy hair.
How Often? You should condition your hair after each shampooing, so frequency depends entirely upon how often you wash you hair.
What Products? Dead Sea Spa Magik has a nourishing and protecting alternative to regular conditioners…

Hair Magic Serum

Adds gloss to all hair types and relieves itching of the scalp.


What do I do? In the bath or shower, after using Mineral Shampoo and/or Conditioning Scalp Mud apply Hair Magic Serum to hair from root to tip by massaging the scalp with firm circular movements. Follow by combing through for an even application of the Serum. Leave Serum on the hair between 2-5 minutes depending on depth of hair despair. Finally rinse away the Hair Magic Serum with fresh warm water. Alternatively you can use Hair Magic Serum to dry hair. Add the product to your hair then work through dry hair before brushing, to detangle and promote extra shine and vitality.

Step 5

Take 10-15 minutes to sit back and relax in your at home spa, with candles lit, letting all the minerals start working and hydrating your skin and relaxing your mind!

Drink plenty of water each day, if you are a coffee drinker after each cup of coffee, instead
of following with another, why not try a glass of water. This will help to hydrate you and flush
out the caffeine that will de hydrate your skin. Cranberry juice is great for the bladder and is full
of anti oxidants.

Sleep is also very important, but if you have a busy life style it’s easier said than done. So, before you get into bed try to unwind, read a book, have a nice relaxing bath with some salts, avoid any tea or coffee after 8pm, also don't put the TV on in your bed room, as it distracts you from your much need sleep… a nice quiet room will welcome sleep. Try a hot milk with a teaspoon of honey to make you sleepy, plus the honey is great for your complexion!

As its getting cooler, and the winter months are setting in, vegetables are great, how ever you wish to eat it, it will keep your energy levels up and make you feel good, as well as helping your skin to look great and healthy. The most beneficial ones are broccoli, carrots, cabbage. Fruit will also help with your complexion and energy levels, oranges provide you with vitamin c, strawberries or cranberries are anti oxidants and bananas give us much needed potassium.

Another top spa lifestyle tip is stretching! Stretch 2-4 times daily, each for 30seconds! This gets the muscles warmed, and more flexible, plus, a good couple of stretches in the morning feels great and kick starts your body for the day!
